Starlight Sickness is a physics-based twin-stick space shooter featuring finetuned flight physics and a modular ship-assembly system.
Set in a galaxy infected by a spaceborne macro virus, the project merges the addictive progression of a "horde survival" game with the technical depth and power fantasy of a space-combat simulator.

The Core Loop:
1.    Fly: Navigate expansive levels using momentum-based controls to locate Points of Interest.
2.    Fight: Engage in physics-driven dogfighting against escalating viral swarms & infected starships.
3.    Collect: Harvest Data-Cores (XP/currency) from destroyed enemies.
4.    Refit: Upgrade ship systems and purchase software modules to customise your vessel

I am a solo developer on this title, and hope to have a demo out Q1 2027.
